Dutch violinist Yente Lottman grew up in a musical family and began playing the violin at the age of four. She studied in Amsterdam at the Sweelinck Academy and later in London at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, where she completed her Bachelor of Music (Honours) in 2025.
Yente performs regularly as a soloist and chamber musician across Europe and beyond, appearing at festivals such as the Grachtenfestival, Festival Wonderfeel, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Festival, Fjord Classics, Festival Ravel and the Edinburgh International Festival. As a soloist, she has performed with the Residentie Orkest and made her debut at the Concertgebouw Amsterdam at the age of sixteen.
